Rooms were delightful with stunning river views and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the dining experience could use improvement as the food quality wasn’t up to par, and service was a bit slow during busy times. Overall, a pleasant experience despite a few hiccups.

Fantastic views of the River Shannon from our room. the staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay comfortable.

Food quality in the restaurant was inconsistent. spa and gym facilities were lacking compared to expectations.

The family room was spacious and clean, perfect for a stay with children. However, the elevator was slow at times, which made getting around a bit challenging. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy stunning river views and comfortable accommodations.

I stayed in a family room which was spacious and very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially during breakfast where they catered to our needs. The hotel’s location by the river offered picturesque views and convenient access to city attractions.

Limerick is a blast for families, bursting with fun spots. We loved the indoor pool, perfect for our evening swims, and the picturesque view from our family room overlooking the river was a hit with the teens.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities in the hotel, especially some fun games or entertainment options available.

One of the showers leaked continuously, creating a bit of a mess on the bathroom floor. The checkout time at 11 AM felt a bit early compared to the usual noon, and the parking situation could use improvement—tight spaces made maneuvering a hassle. Breakfast options didn’t meet expectations, lacking in flavor compared to what you’d hope for in a hotel of this stature.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, especially enjoying the lovely view of the river from my room and the friendly service from the lovely receptionist. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The only downside was some watermarks on the tables, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

Unfortunately, I didn’t take advantage of many of the on-site facilities, which seemed promising.

the executive king room was amazing! the bed was super comfortable, and the views from the room were outstanding. the staff were lovely and really made me feel welcome. having a big soft fluffy robe was a nice touch too. enjoyed the complimentary access to the leisure center to unwind after a long day.
